Upon arrival you received (on payment of a deposit) a blue access key. You need the access key to open the gate at the large parking lot. If you would like to walk your dog or just enjoy a nice walk in the woods, you can also use the access key to open the gates at the dog walking corridors towards the woods.

Campers can use this key to use the hot water in the sanitary buildings. If you run out of credit, you can top it up free of charge at reception.

On departure you can hand in the access key at the reception and the paid deposit will be returned. Please bring your bank card with you so we can return it to you.
