1. Start by pressing the On/Off button: Symbol: circle with vertical line, on the right of the control panel.
2. Press the desired cooking zone: x with 3 circles
3. Select the cooking level by pressing + until the desired level is reached or - if a lower level is required.
4. Repeat 2 and 3 when using multiple cooking zones
