Manual sauna
- Sauna on/off: Briefly press the round button once.
- During heating, the icon appears:
- The sauna is now switched on for 3 hours.
- Briefly pressing the round button again switches the sauna off.
- Temperature: After switching the sauna on, you can set the desired temperature by turning the round button and then pressing the round button once. The usual sauna temperature is between 75 and 85oC
- Light on/off: To switch on the sauna light, press the round button 2x in quick succession. A further quick 2x press turns the light off again.
- Timer function: you can have the sauna switched on automatically at a later time by pressing and holding the circular button for 3 seconds. Turn the knob to set the desired waiting time and confirm with a short press.
- Turn on the sauna 1.5 hours before entering.
- When heating, do not leave the door open.
- In the sauna, sit or lie completely on your towel.
- Adults generally spend 8 to 15 minutes in the sauna, children somewhat shorter. Always leave the sauna if you start to feel less comfortable.
- You can very gently spoon water over the hot sauna stones during sauna visits. Not too much and not too fast!
- After the sauna, stay outside for a few minutes after which you rinse yourself off under a cold shower.
- Take at least 10 minutes of rest after which you can take another sauna round.
