- Turn the window/door into the ventilation position. Turn handle to horizontal position. Do not pull on the door! This element is equipped with a special scissor which ‘forces’ the door/window inwards.
- Open the door/window to slide. Push the handle of the horizontal downwards (at an angle of about 30 degrees). Door is now disengaged at the bottom. Pull door slightly towards you until it is fixed in the parallel position. Allow handle to spring to horizontal position. Door can now be slid open.
- Closing the door/window. Carefully slide the door to the closing side. Due to the speed and weight of the door, it will lock into the frame. (Door/window is now back in the ventilation position). To close the door now move the handle upwards. Caution! Do not press against the door. If the handle is turned, the door will close itself. As soon as the handle is raised, the door is closed.
