Oven operation

Below the display are 5 black buttons:

Press 2nd button (from left) (oven on)
Set the time with the 4th and 5th button + -
Now you can operate the oven with the rotary knobs. (Temp/heat source)
After the time expires, the alarm goes off. You turn it off with the first button.
